Reliability Testing

Attendees will learn about the basic types of reliability testing, including reliability growth/development tests, reliability proof tests, accelerated testing, and step-stress testing. Special considerations associated with accelerated testing will be discussed.  Attendees will learn how to determine sample size, duration and pass/fail criteria for a reliability test using a Weibayes planning methodology.
