Reliability Centered Maintenance

Attendees will learn the basic concepts of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and RCM analysis to develop the most cost-effective method of preserving the inherent reliability of a piece of equipment. The limits of preventive maintenance will be discussed, as will the basic types of maintenance and their respective strengths and weaknesses.  Attendees will be provided with a systematic decision process for selecting the appropriate maintenance type and interval for any given failure mode, as well as a format for documenting the results of the analysis.
