Parts & Subcontractor Control

Attendees will learn how and when to deploy R&M requirements to various types of suppliers and subcontractors.  Course will present several basic strategies to choose from when developing supplier or subcontractor R&M requirements, as well as the criteria for choosing which strategy to employ. Methods will also be presented for tailoring subcontract R&M requirements to most cost effectively fulfill the unique needs of specific projects.
