Fault Tree Analysis

This course provides attendees with the knowledge to perform a qualitative fault tree analysis (FTA) of a system, and to interpret and react to its results. It also equips attendees to determine when to use FTA as opposed to other analytical techniques, such as the FMEA, to evaluate a system. Introductory quantification methods and Boolean mathematics are discussed.
